Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale or part of a promotional offer may not be eligible for return.

To start your return, please email us at contact@theinisperfume.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo (if the item was damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@theinisperfume.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@theinisperfume.com
  • Please include photos of the product and packaging
  • We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened perfumes or beauty products
  • Used personal care items
